Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

During the process of purchasing rocketing vehicles (D) at the Aeronautical Motor Cagency located in Masung City on November 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim to pay 56,286 won each month from December 25, 2013 to November 25, 2018; and (b) by deceiving the victim to pay 60,000 won as the vehicle price on November 26, 2013, notwithstanding that the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the loan, even if he/she was given a loan from the Mo Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd. as the vehicle price, the Defendant received a loan from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take over the amount of the above loan.
