A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine for 600,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a warning from the head of Mapo Police Station B District, the police officer of Mapo Police Station B, and the head of the police station affiliated with the same district group D, that the Defendant would not engage in any disturbance in the park after being notified of 112 at around 86, Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, 4:00 on November 23, 2019; (b) received a warning from the police officer who was sent to the police officer, that the Defendant would not engage in any disturbance in the park; and (c) sent the said police officer’s chest to the police officer, “Irrefin, Ire, Ire, Ire, Ire the chest of the police officer C at his hand on his hand, with his hand, and pushed the chest of the police officer C at his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to 112 reported handling duties.

2. In the process of arresting a flagrant offender under suspicion of obstruction of the performance of official duties at the same time and place as the above Paragraph (1) above, the Defendant damaged the public object and opened a door to walk the front door of the patrol vehicle No. 24 of the E District BWW 24.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged public goods.

3. On November 23, 2019, from around 23:10 to 23:50, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol in the B district located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, expressed a police officer’s desire to “cocks, dogbs, and fright to drink within the inside,” and led him to a riotous and disorderly manner, i.e., “as he participates in drinking, rings, and fright to a bitch, bit of a bit of a bitch, bit of a bit of a bit of a bitch.”
