A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of Kimpo-si C Co., Ltd. located in Kimpo-si, who is an employer engaged in fishery products distribution business using three full-time workers, and the defendant was working at the above workplace and was on March 19, 2016, and 5.4 million won of D wages of retired workers around March 19,
