Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 3817] On July 24, 2016, the Defendant d (E convenience store) working for the victim D (18 years of age) in the [15:10 on July 24, 2016, the Defendant drank 1 disease with the market price of 2,200 won and 1,300 won in front of the above convenience store.
