Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On November 12, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on November 3, 2012:0, and moved to the bypass about about 10 km in the city of the Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, as five-lane roads on the six-lane roads in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-do.

At this point, the intersection is an intersection where signal, etc. is installed, and the intersection has a sign stating the purport of prohibiting a right-way when the right-hand signal is red, and where a right-hand signal is not allowed on the right-hand side of the road, a red signal is installed. As a result, the Defendant suffered from each side of the bruptal salts requiring medical treatment for about two weeks by negligence in the above occupational negligence.
