A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) caused the following two-lanes: (a) driving a rocketing car on February 23, 2019; and (b) driving a motor vehicle of the rocketing D in the Go Chang-gun C by driving the motor vehicle of the Go Chang-gun, a one-lane in the direction F in the direction from E to F.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) at a section of about 300 meters from the right side to the place set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, where he is under the influence of alcohol 0.076% of blood alcohol level.
