Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant leased heading 1212, 1307, and 1329 of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Officetels, advertised a sexual traffic business establishment through the Internet website called "C", and is an operator of a sexual traffic business establishment employing three women, such as E, as female employees.

F is a person employed by the defendant, who has provided guidance to customers with the above officetel 1307, etc.

The Defendant, in collusion with F, committed an act of arranging sexual traffic, in collusion with F, by engaging in sexual intercourse with female employees, such as E, etc., in order to receive 150,000 won or 2,50,000 won from the nameless male customers who find the said officetel from around the beginning of July 2014 to around October 20 of the same year, and to provide guidance under the above 1212, 1307 and 1329.
