Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s claim 1 against the Plaintiff Company B (hereinafter “B”) loaned KRW 1.8 billion to Nonparty D around August 31, 201 by the due date set on August 31, 2014. At the time of the said loan, the Plaintiff extended the loan to Nonparty D (hereinafter “B”).

(2) On September 23, 2011, the Plaintiff provided a joint and several guarantee guarantee amount of D’s above principal and interest of loan amount of KRW 2,340,00,000.
