Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court on June 28, 2012, sentenced one year and two months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. A. On September 5, 2014, the Defendant received and delivered phiphones without compensation from J around September 5, 2014 at the Seoul Western toilets located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for approximately 0.4 grams of phiphones.

B. On December 13, 2014, the Defendant received philophones from M in front of the L department stores parked on the L department stores located in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-si on December 13, 2014, and received approximately 0.16 grams of philophones from M in front of the L department stores located in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-si.
