The Defendants are not guilty. The summary of each acquittal judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. Defendant A, on April 13, 2016, was elected in F by going to a reelection (hereinafter “instant election”) implemented on April 13, 2016, and Defendant A, Defendant B, who was declared to go to the election of this case, was declared to go to the election of this case.

A. On March 23, 2016, Defendant A calls to B, who is expected to be the front horse of the instant election on March 23, 2016, and refers to a waiver of a Fre-election and an invitation to support B, who wants to do so after the election.

B accepted the Defendant’s proposal around March 24, 2016, the next day, and the Defendant stated to the effect that “The Defendant has used the amount of KRW 400 to 50 million in the course of preparing for election so far, thus preserving the amount, and making a request to prepare a press conference instead of a press conference.” The Defendant stated to B that “the part is not known.”

On March 24, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant collected a press dog to be distributed from a press dog that was scheduled to be the following day at his own election campaign office located in G, and sent 50,000 won cash bill to B in a large bag containing a large volume of 50 copies of the press dog.

Accordingly, the defendant provided B with cash of KRW 2 million for the purpose of getting B not to become a candidate.

B. Defendant B provided KRW 2 million in cash in return for the renunciation of the election campaign of this case and the opposition to support A, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

2. Determination of the facts charged against Defendant A

A. According to the evidence duly admitted and examined by this court, the following facts are recognized.

1) H is the issuer of “I”, who is the main place of production, cultivation, and distribution to the Twelth of Swelth, and B publishes a knife in the above I newspaper or delivers a newspaper to H along with H.

B On January 20, 2016, the instant election is held.
