When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver B.

1. On April 6, 2018, the Defendant driven a vehicle without a driver’s license, approximately 1 km from the frequency on the Gyeyang-dong, Gyeyang-si, Busan-si, to the front road of the 36-lane New Apartment apartment without a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant driven the said vehicle at the above date, time, and place, in a state where the distance of about 1km is about 0.085% alcohol concentration in blood.
