Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in the operation of route buses.

On December 10, 2016, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 40 to 50km from the side of the “shot line”, located in the 422-ro of the Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Sinsan-si.

Since there is an intersection with a crosswalk, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to check whether a person who is engaged in driving the motor vehicle complies with the traffic signal and sees on the front side and the right side of the crosswalk, and to proceed with it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and negligently driven by a red signal while driving it on the right side from the left side of the course due to the negligence, and caused the victim D (the 33 years old and 5 years old) and the victim E (the 49 years old) and the victim F (the 49 years old) to go ahead of the bus driven by each Defendant, and caused the victim D to die with the "cerebr-out and pulmonary blood due to the corrosion of the inside side, the dys of the bus, the dys of the victim D, etc.," and caused the victim E to die. The victim E suffered injury, such as the "two bals of the two balls of the two bals, etc., which require treatment for about 8 weeks."

In the above occupational negligence, Defendant D caused the death of the victim D due to the above injury and caused the victim E and the victim F to each of the above injuries.
