Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a professor of the Taekwondo Department at B University from around 200 to August 31, 2013; a vice president from around 2012 to around 2013 to C Association (hereinafter “C Association”); and a person who served as the chairperson of C Association management committee from August 30, 2016 to April 24, 2017.

D takes overall charge of affairs related to Taekwondo's character and management, such as the registration and management of Taekwondo's character and the issuance of good and gift certificates, and entrusts the practical examination for each Si/Gun/Gu C Association's good and gift group, and each Si/Gun/Gu C Association shall select a supervisor and appraiser according to the above entrustment and enter the rating table sent by the supervisor and appraiser on its website.

around 1:00 on August 24, 2013, the Defendant was selected as a supervisor for the examination of Taekwondo 4,5 team conducted by the E University (hereinafter “B”) F located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and was in charge of managing, supervising, and evaluating the actual status of the examination.

The Defendant, as if 33 persons, such as G, who did not participate in the examination of the team at the above time and place, did not appear to have participated in the examination of the team, made related documents by photographing the above 33 participants, and by preparing a false marking mark, sent the grading mark to the C Association, and made the persons related to the C Association who received it access to the D website to enter the above grading mark, and made the said 33 persons, such as G, etc. to believe that the person in charge of the examination of the team, who did not know of the above circumstances, believed that it is true and correct.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with D's winning examination by fraudulent means.
