1. The reasons for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are as follows, except for the addition of the following '2. 2. Additional determination

A. The Defendant’s assertion 1) The evidence submitted by the Plaintiff is insufficient to recognize the fact that the instant product was selected as government-funded materials by conducting business activities against the Rural Development Administration. Even if the Plaintiff’s business activities are acknowledged, even if the fact of the Plaintiff’s business activities is acknowledged, the agreement between the Plaintiff and D is null and void pursuant to Article 103 of the Civil Act due to special circumstances where the funds of government-funded funds are included in the amount of remuneration when making a special solicitation as to matters related to public officials’ duties. B.
