Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Busan District Court on November 9, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) even though the Defendant is not a narcotics handler:

A. On October 2, 2014, around 01:00, a approximately 0.03 g of mercises (the word “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “coponon”) obtained from the guest room near “E” hotel located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, by inserting approximately 0.03 g of mercopon in a single-use injection machine and dilution them into his/her upper-use spopon serum; and administering them in a way of injecting them into the spopon duct;

B. On October 6, 2014, around 13:15, around 2014, approximately KRW 2.62 g (Evidence No. 1) of the total rophonephones (Evidence No. 3) obtained from the G “G” telecom parking lot located in F of the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, was carried by means of dividing them into a single frogate (Evidence No. 3) and vinyl frode (Evidence No. 2) and inserting them into one’s part of one’s part of one’s part.

2.
