On April 23, 2016, the Defendant driven Bben motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol at approximately 150 meters from the front road of the insurance company building located at the center of Busan Dong-gu to the front road of the salary hospital located at approximately 401 in the same route, with alcohol content of about 0.162% in blood.
