1. The Defendant’s KRW 54,450,975 to the Plaintiff and KRW 6.5% per annum from December 27, 2013 to May 21, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On December 22, 2005, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to C Apartment D (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the condition before the Defendant sold the instant apartment.
The registration of the establishment of the E Association, which was the debtor with respect to the apartment of this case, was completed on January 11, 2008, and the registration of the establishment of the establishment of the F was completed on August 7, 2008.

Article 22 of the Civil Code is deleted from September 2, 2009 to September 10, 2009 and the registration of the voluntary decision on commencement of auction was also cancelled.
x) On the other hand, the establishment registration of K's neighboring mortgage on the apartment of this case was completed on September 15, 2009 by K as the debtor.
C. (i) The Defendant’s re-purchase of the instant apartment was completed on May 4, 2012 on the ground that the instant apartment was “Sale on April 11, 2012,” and the ownership transfer registration was completed on May 4, 2012.
