When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2019, at around 23:11, the Defendant driven D B B B-V with a distance of about 150 meters from the front day of the packaging mast in front of Ulsan-gu B-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front day of Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.22%.
