Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant was urged to return home from the victim E (ma, 50 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station, called the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station that was called out after receiving a report by a person who fright to drink drinking together with D, etc. in front of the Cridge meeting in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu.
