Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2, 2013, around 23:20 on April 2, 2013, the Defendant used the victim E (28 years of age) working at the emergency reception counter of the D Hospital in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu requested the preparation of an emergency patient's application, and the victim's face was collected by "drawing the patient's application form", "if the patient should prepare his/her application form," and used the victim's breath, which is an employee of the emergency security team of the victim's breath who continuously flowed the application, and committed violence against the victims.
