A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.

On September 13, 2014, at around 07:15, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.11% of blood alcohol concentration, and led the Defendant to drive the said car along the intersection of the private distance in front of the Sejong City in the altitude of the Goyang-dong in the ancient city.

2. A violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) shall be caused by the accident from the front of the fire, which does not exceed the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gwangjin-gu, with the temporary warning set forth in paragraph (1).
