A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
The prosecution against assault and intimidation in the facts charged of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around November 3, 2016, the Defendant forced the victim C (the age of 56) to make a move-in report to the office of the Defendant located in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area, and to the effect that “after filing a move-in report to the office of the Defendant, filing an application for housing expenses, and then claiming KRW 100,000,000 in the value of the said report,” but the victim refused to move-in report to the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area where the Defendant had the victim make a move-in report at around 10:0 on the same day, because the victim would be able to bring about drinking to the victim, as he would bring about “Issi Map and Mani,” and let the victim move-in report
Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim to commit an act of non-performance of obligation.
2. Suppression;
A. On July 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the F Bank Branch of the F Bank located adjacent to the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) provided that the said victim shall repay the borrowed money to the Defendant; (c) provided that the victim, who was taking the Defendant due to the assault of the Defendant, did not pay the money in cash, and (d) deducted KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000 won, which was withdrawn by the victim to the drinking victim, from the cash victim, without paying the said money.
B. On August 21, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) provided that the said victim would pay money to the G Housing H in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) provided three times the victim’s head to drink; and (c) took three times the victim’s chest to the next victim on one occasion; and (d) deducted the victim’s chest from the victim’s market price on the floor of EL branch call equivalent to KRW 100,000,000.
C. On August 18, 2018, at around 07:00, the Defendant found the victim’s house located in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area I, left the victim into the front park, and knee, knee, knee, knee, and knee, knee, knee, knee the victim’s clothes, and then, e.g., e., 300,000 won. Of the supply and demand cost, the Defendant was fright up to 200,000 won, and was under the name of the Defendant around the 20th day of the same month.
