A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc., Bodily Weapons, Inflicting) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc.) at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 10, 201, and completed the execution

1. 3. On July 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on July 22, 2016, at a section of about 30 meters from the center of the Central Park in a reasonable south-gu, Cheongju City to the front day of the running day located at approximately 33 degrees from the center of the Central Park in the city of Cheongju-si to the same south-ro 33-lane, without a motorcycle driver’s license, without a license.
