1.『2019고단6014』 피고인은 2019. 9. 9. 13:09경 서울 관악구 B에 있는 C 편의점에서, ‘손님이 행패를 부린다'는 112신고를 받고 출동한 관악경찰서 D지구대 소속 경사 E, 경위 F으로부터 귀가 요청을 받자, “네가 전에도 나를 체포하고 수갑도 채웠지 또 채워봐!”라고 말하며 위 E의 가슴 부위를 손으로 1회 밀치고, 계속해서 위 F의 가슴 부위를 양손으로 1회 밀치며 “씹할 놈!”이라는 등으로 욕설을 하고 위 F의 얼굴에 1회 침을 뱉었다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above E and F, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

2. Around 19:00 on August 31, 2019, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim I, a police officer, who was dispatched upon receipt of his/her false report by 112, following the Defendant’s 19:3:40 on the street in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the victim I, a police officer, who was dispatched after receiving his/her report by 112.

On August 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 17:50 on August 22, 2019, the victim J in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, provided that employees did not properly respond to the Defendant; (b) the Defendant provided the Defendant with a large voice, such as “trings, spacks,” and (c) the employees of the Defendant, who met the table table by hand, interfered with the victim’s convenience store operation by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes thereafter.
