1. Of the judgment of the first instance, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants, including the Plaintiff’s claim expanded by this court.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff A is an artist who works in Korea and China from 2005 under the title of “F” as a woman born in 1978. The Plaintiff Company entered into a domestic exclusive agreement with the Plaintiff around 2015. The Plaintiff Company is a member affiliated with the Plaintiff, which entered into a domestic exclusive agreement with the Plaintiff. (2) Defendant C and D are doctors of G sexual outdoor work (hereinafter “instant member”). Defendant E and the Defendant E Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) are a mutual aid business entity that provides mutual aid services under Article 45 of the Act on Remedies for Damage Relief from Medical Accidents and Mediation of Medical Disputes, Etc., and is a mutual aid business entity that entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant C.
B. The Plaintiff A, after completing the preparation for resumption of activities in China and in Korea, including the production of music records, concluded that the Plaintiff A, who started the activity, had a little number of eyes below the face to undergo a cosmetic removal operation for the purpose of beauty.
Plaintiff
A was performed on April 11, 2016 by Defendant C and D to remove buckers from both sides (hereinafter “instant surgery”).
이 사건 수술은 필러와 지방조직으로 인한 이물질이 있는 곳에 용해제를 주입하여 이물질을 어느 정도 녹인 후 캐뉼라(cannula : 체내로 약물을 주입하거나 체액을 뽑아내기 위해 꽂는 관)를 통해 레이저(아큐스컬프)를 조사하여 이물질을 잘게 부순 후 이를 빼내는 방법으로 진행되었다.
C.
