The Defendants, on June 1, 199, share in each inheritance indicated in the separate sheet among the 30.1m2 of the 30.1m3m2 of Daegu Northern-gu I road, Daegu-gu.

On June 1, 1999, the Plaintiff purchased shares of 167.3m2 and 4.6/9.1m2 of the road of this case from the GJ of the deceased on June 1, 1999. The deceased died on January 23, 2004, and the Defendants inherited the deceased’s property in proportion to their respective inheritance shares listed in the separate sheet. There is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement each procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of sale on June 1, 1999 with respect to each inheritance share listed in the separate sheet among the instant roads to the Plaintiff.

Thus, the plaintiff's primary claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.

(A) If the plaintiff's primary claim is accepted, the plaintiff's primary claim shall not be judged further.
