1. The plaintiff's action against the defendant Y shall be dismissed;

2. The remainder of the Defendants except Defendant Y shall be attached to the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the reasons for the claim is as shown in Appendix 4;

According to the fact-finding on the remaining side office of this court, Defendant Y appears to have died of around 1947, before the deceased AK died without the deceased heir, as the result of the fact-finding on the remaining side office of this court. As such, Defendant Y’s lawsuit against the deceased against the deceased person is unlawful.

3. The portion of the claim against the Defendants other than DefendantY

(a) Defendant G or AD: Service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) The remainder of Defendants except Defendant Y, G, and AD: Confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
