1. The Defendant’s disposition of failure to pass the 2012 D Hospital’s appointment examination with respect to the Plaintiffs on December 23, 2011.
Reasons
. The Plaintiff is an incorporated foundation, and the Plaintiff A applied for an employment examination for a major in the ordinary field of the Defendant Hospital in 2012, but failed to pass the examination, and the Plaintiff B applied for an employment examination for a major in the rehabilitation department of the Defendant Hospital in 2012, but failed to pass the examination.
B. The Defendant Hospital’s application for the examination of the Plaintiff’s major outside of the ordinary course and the exclusion therefrom prepared the following allocation criteria, and published a recruitment notice to appoint one person from a major outside the ordinary course of the Defendant Hospital, G, and Plaintiff A in December 201, 201, and subsequently appointed F as a major of the ordinary course of the ordinary course of the Defendant Hospital on November 23, 201, giving the following points to the Plaintiff, and failed to comply with each disposition against the Plaintiff and G.
At least 40% of the written examination for the allocation of the applicants for the examination for appointment based on the 2012 Guidelines for the joint management of the appointment examination for major F(s) G(s) written examination for the applicants for the Defendant hospital: 65% of the points received by the applicants for the examination are 65% of the total points (=written examination for applicants ± 50* 65).
The same shall also apply to Table 2.

C. The Defendant Hospital’s application for the examination of the rehabilitation medical major in Plaintiff B and the ex post facto Defendant Hospital established the following allocation criteria (the same as in the case of this case of the above) and published a recruitment notice for appointment as one of the rehabilitation medical major in December 2012, and applied for this notice to the Defendant Hospital H and Plaintiff B:
