Punishment of the crime

The defendant is residing in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Apartment 1111, 802, and the victim D(n, 46 years of age) is residing in the above apartment 803.

At around 14:00 on June 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took a knife a knife (15cm in length, 9cm in knife, knife, knife) which is a dangerous object due to the gap of small room windows, and (b) took a knife a knife (15cm in length, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife) without any justifiable reason before the victim’s residence.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
