1. Fraud against the victim B;

A. On December 7, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of December 7, 2018, at the Newly-built Studio Construction Site Office located in Boan-si, Boan-si, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “D shall pay KRW 5,00,000 to E” to the representative of “D,” who was working for the Defendant, “D shall pay KRW 5,00,000,000 to E, but E shall transfer the relocation expenses to the corporate bank account under F’s name.”

However, there was no fact that E requested that the Defendant transfer the steel bars to the above F’s account, and the Defendant had the victim transfer money to the said F’s account, and was thought that the Defendant would at the time pay the Defendant’s debt to GF that was female-gu.

Nevertheless, on December 7, 2018, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and caused the victim to transfer KRW 5,000,000 to a corporate bank account in the name of F designated by the Defendant (H) on December 7, 2018, thereby having G acquire pecuniary benefits that would be exempted from liability equivalent to that amount.

B. On December 20, 2018, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the preceding paragraph around December 20, 2018, made a false statement to the effect that “The head of the tree team I remitted the personnel expenses of trees to the K Bank account under J’s name.”

However, in fact, I did not request the defendant to transfer personnel expenses to the account under the name of J, and the defendant was thought to have received money in the name of the above J and used as the defendant's living expenses.

Nevertheless, on December 20, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained 2,419,200 won from the K Bank account (Account Number L) in the name of the J designated by the Defendant and acquired by the defrauded.

C. From June 24, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of June 24, 2019, at the “D” office operated by the victim of Seosan-si M, the Defendant is running meat fishery from the budget. Temporary re-lease is the temporary re-lease.
