1. A crime committed on April 7, 2018;

A. On April 7, 2018, at around 00:40 on Kimcheon-si, the Defendant obtained the total sum of KRW 4.50,00 won from the injured party, without any intention or ability to pay the drinking value, in E-line operated by the victim D, who is in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and acquired it by deception.

B. On April 7, 2018, at around Kimcheon-si, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation work by force among about 10 minutes, by putting the son and son and her parents together with his/her parents at the H restaurant operated by the victim G, by putting the son and her parents in the cafeteria, and letting the son and her parents leave the cafeteria, and making two female customers take the cafeteria, and interfere with the victim’s restaurant operation work by force.

On April 11, 2018, the Defendant, at around 02:10, obtained the sum of KRW 7.50,000,00 from the injured party, without the intent or ability to pay the drinking value in the KAB operated by the injured party J in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and acquired the said sum by deception, without the intention or ability to pay the drinking value.
