1. The application for C mobile accession between the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant C was made on September 13, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s overseas stay Plaintiff (FF) left Korea on August 8, 2018 and returned to Korea on November 1, 2018.
B. On September 13, 2018, when the Plaintiff entered into a mobile phone use contract with Defendant C, Nonparty G (H) who is an infant of the Plaintiff between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff in a foreign country, purchased one mobile phone unit in the Plaintiff’s name by preparing and submitting an application for mobile (CMoble) subscription in the Plaintiff’s name at the Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) agent (hereinafter “Defendant C”) agent with the Plaintiff’s resident registration certificate, and joined Defendant C with the phone number assigned No. E.
(hereinafter referred to as “instant mobile phone use contract” (hereinafter) C.
Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) in the Plaintiff’s name by an electronic method of non-faced pages on September 20, 2018, and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”).

In addition, G is newly issued to Defendant B’s staff in charge of the instant loan agreement with the Plaintiff’s name, a photograph of the Plaintiff’s resident registration certificate, the Plaintiff’s resident registration abstract issued upon the Plaintiff’s application (G is issued on September 20, 2018 by using the government-private petition 24 website), the Plaintiff’s J bank account number K, and this account are new for the issuance of an authorized certificate.
