Punishment of the crime

From May 2017, the Defendant, despite the existence of a legal spouse, entered into a non-humanity relationship with the victim B from around July 2018, and after he hedgingd with the victim on July 2018, the Defendant was willing to transmit to the victim’s neighboring neighbors a text of a mobile phone text message that the victim is a woman who simultaneously congested with the two children of the victim, on the ground that the victim had been able to avoid another son’s workplace compensation and wind during his ties with the Defendant, and that he has been fully repaid.

피고인은 2018. 9. 14. 10:00경 장소를 알 수 없는 곳에서, 휴대전화 문자메시지 기능을 이용하여 피해자 B의 직장동료인 C에게 “나 사귀고 딱 2달 양다리ㅋㅋ”, “유부남만 골라만나나봐 너 이혼안했든데ㅋㅋB대단한분께서 지도 인혼안해서 강간남으로 나 소송한다든데 너도 같이 가겠다”, “너도 대단해 자존심없냐 몇일전까지 나랑 물고 빨고 했는데ㅋ 너무 사랑하시나봐” 라는 내용의 문자를 전송하고, 2018. 9. 18. 12:00경 장소를 알 수 없는 곳에서, 같은 방법으로 피해자의 직장상사 D에게 “1년을 넘게 호구잡혀서 살았네요 회사 위상이 꺽이네요 사내 불률커플이라니요 수고하세요”, “저와 교제를 했는데 그때도 C씨와 내연관계였네요”, “그동안 돈뜯고 제카드 가지고 다니면서 뒤로는 유부남 C씨와 내연관계유지했네요 이말 토시하나 안틀리고 더자세히 회사 인사계쪽으로 연락드릴 예정입니다”라는 내용의 문자를 전송하고, 2018. 10. 1. 13:57경 장소를 알 수 없는 곳에서, 같은 방법으로 피해자의 사회 후배 E에게 “B씨는 저 만나면서 7월까지 전에 만나던 유부남 C이란놈과 양다리였습니다”,"B씨는 내카드 달에 백만원씩 꼬박꼬박 써가며 유부남이니 이용해먹고 제자리에 잘두겠다고까지 하면서 뒤로는...
