Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to nine months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Gwangju District Court on September 4, 201 and completed the enforcement of the sentence on November 29, 2014, and is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing crypoids;

A. At around 18:55 on December 8, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7ggg of the price for the Metepia, which is a psychotropic medicine, from Jinju-dong, from C, by means of offsetting the Defendant’s loan to C, and at around 17:58 on December 18, 2014, the remaining KRW 400,000,000 were transferred to the account of the Nonghyup Bank in the name of C and paying it.

B. On December 25, 2014, the Defendant sent KRW 150,00,000 to the Nonghyup Bank account in the name of C, KRW 50,000,000,000 in total, and KRW 650,000 in total, from the Jin bus terminal in the name of Jinju-si on January 17, 2015, the Defendant sent approximately 0.7ggg of the mert camscamscam in a disguised bus terminal in the name of Jinju-si on December 25, 2014.

After that, around 15:20 on January 17, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.7 grams from C by receiving the above merpters from the above bus terminal.

C. On December 29, 2014, at around 15:55, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 300,000 to the Nonghyup Bank account in the name of C; (b) on January 24, 2015, at around 13:44, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.5g of merpters from C, using a disposable injection machine for approximately 0.5g of merpters, which is located in the mutual in the name of Jinju-dong-dong, from Jinju-si, for approximately 30,000 won.

2. Metropha medication;

A. At around 23:00 on December 8, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 g of Metepia in his own house located in Jari-gun, Jari-gun, Jari-gun, in a way that they drinks to coffee.
