Defendant
A, around April 23, 1986, entered H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “H”) and the electrical trial operation division from September 15, 2001 to June 19, 2006, a manager was in charge of the supply of materials, such as gas diskettes, while working in a materials team from September 15, 2001. From June 20, 2006 to May 14, 201, a facility preservation group was in charge of the provision of materials, such as gas pockets, etc.; and from June 20, 2006 to May 20, 2013, the facility preservation group made a conclusion of a mutual agreement related to the supply, installation, and repair of sanitary equipment; the decision on the payment of the cost of the specifications added in the process of the demand for additional specifications and the payment of the vehicle acquisition by the supplier; the person who is in charge of the overall selection of the supplier, contract, and re-contract with H procurement team or intermediary;
1. Defendant A
A. From December 2009, I was a company running the business of manufacturing, selling, and leasing mobile toilets from around December 2, 2009, B, as its representative director, was aware of the method to participate in the application of a mobile toilet supplier at H on December 2012 and was aware of the method to newly select a mobile toilet supplier at H, and the Defendant was introduced through the branch. Around June 2012, I provided the Defendant with the mobile toilet at H Support Center located at H Support Center located at GJ in the city of Gyeongnam-si, Seoul, that the Defendant would supply the mobile toilet to H from around June 2012.
