1. For the plaintiffs:

A. Defendant C Depository shall be the Cheongju District Court with respect to each real estate listed in attached Table 1.

Facts of recognition

The net F (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) acquired the ownership of the real estate listed in paragraphs 1 through 7 of the list (attached Form 1) on August 27, 1987, and completed the preservation registration on the real estate listed in paragraph 8 of the same list on June 24, 2015.

(hereinafter “Real Estate in List 1”). G (the deceased’s son) borrowed KRW 180 million from the Defendant CF on June 24, 2015, and the real estate in List 1 was provided as security.

Accordingly, the registration of creation of superficies (the duration of 30 years and the period of Cheongju District Court Decision No. 29043, Jun. 24, 2015) was completed on the real estate listed in the first list, which is the right to collateral security (the maximum amount of claims KRW 234 million, the period of Cheongju District Court Decision No. 29042, Jun. 24, 2015), which is the right to collateral security, with the right to collateral security (the duration of 30 years and the period of Cheongju District Court Decision No. 29043, Jun. 24, 2015).

Since then, the maximum debt amount of the foregoing right to collateral security was changed to KRW 286 million on March 31, 2016, and KRW 338 million on November 11, 2016, respectively.

On January 20, 1983, the deceased acquired the ownership of the real estate listed in the list (attached Form 2), and the real estate was loaned to the deceased on the basis of the collateral security (attached Form 2) with a maximum debt amount of KRW 8 million (No. 11298, Jun. 5, 1984, receipt of Cheongju District Court Assistance No. 11298, Jun. 5, 1984) and the maximum debt amount of KRW 27 million (No. 34627, Sept. 9, 200).

The deceased and the deceased’s loans as security after October 18, 2018, 201 and 7.5% of the annual 14,000,000 on August 3, 2014, August 25, 2009, when the maturity date of the interest rate expires.

The Deceased died on November 7, 2017, and the plaintiffs and G are the plaintiffs.
