1. Status and trading relation of the parties;

A. The Plaintiff is running a business, such as the sale, rental, and siren, with the trade name of “C”, and the Defendant is running a business, such as a printer and a composite rental and siren, with the trade name of “D.”

B. From July 2014 to August 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant continuously traded with respect to the purchase of printers and complex fixtures, supply of related parts, etc.

2. Claim for the price of goods;

가. 엡손4530 복합기 및 잉크 공급기 관련 갑 제1, 2, 3, 10, 11호증, 을 제3호증의 2의 각 기재, 증인 E의 증언에 변론 전체의 취지를 종합하면, 원고는 2014. 7.경 피고와 사이에, 원고가 엡손4530 복합기 100대 및 잉크 공급기 100대를 F에서 피고 대신 구매하여 피고의 거래처인 ‘G’로 납품하기로 하는 계약을 체결한 사실, 원고는 위 약정에 따라 2014. 8. 8. F로부터 위 복합기 100대와 공급기 100대를 구매하는 내용의 계약을 체결하고 F에게 29,040,000원을 물품대금으로 지급하였으며, 피고의 요청에 따라 피고가 지정한 장소에 위 프린터 등을 보관시키도록 한 사실, 그 후 피고는 원고에게 위 복합기 50대의 구매를 취소해주기를 요청하였고, 그에 따라 원고는 위 복합기 50대의 구매를 취소한 사실, 위와 같이 구매한 복합기 50대 중 15대는 판매되었고, 복합기 5대와 잉크 공급기 5대는 원고가 사용하였으며, 현재 복합기 30대 및 잉크 공급기 95대는 판매되지 않고 남아 있는 사실, 위 복합기 1대 당 가격은 269,500원이고, 위 잉크 공급기 1대 당 가격은 20,900원인 사실을 인정할 수 있다.

According to the above facts of recognition, barring any special circumstance, the defendant has only 8,085,00 won for the complex term as above to the plaintiff.
