Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On October 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) at the Suwon Flag, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on September 9, 2015.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant came to know of the victim C (V, 34 years of age) and from December 2015 as workplace rent, and became aware of the victim’s relationship with his/her male father-gu around March 2016, and the victim was restored to his/her relationship with his/her male father-gu. From that time, he/she was paid between the victim and his/her father-gu and his/her family.
