Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a Korean language teacher in C High School.

On April 16, 2014, the Defendant, along with E, in charge of giving marks to the classical field of the Korean language teacher, held in C High School in C High School in North Jeju-gun, North Korea, and sent them to F who is the same Korean language teacher, determined the order of priority by combining them and selecting and awarding winners.
