A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of three years and six months from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Facts of premise;
A. From F along with F in 2014, at the roadside Dogsung (hereinafter “D”) where the formation of a plan for the organization of the criminal organization of Bosishing criminal organizations (hereinafter “D”) was planned to commit an act of telecommunications financing fraud (hereinafter “one-name phishing”), which plans to commit an act of making victims withdraw money from the bank account through cash withdrawal measures, by making victims transfer money to the bank account, or by making victims withdraw money from the bank account through cash withdrawal measures, and by making victims withdraw money from the bank account, and by allowing them to pay money to the bank account for cash withdrawal (hereinafter “the instant Bosishing organization”). In response to this crime, the victims were willing to commit an act of telecommunications financing fraud (hereinafter “the instant Bosing organization”).
