A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The Defendant, from around 23:00 on December 1, 2019 to 23:30 on the same day, at the 3 emergency room in Goi-gun B C Hospital located in Goi-gun B from around 23:30 on the same day, expressed that the Defendant had delayed treatment with respect to snow pain, but was at the hospital’s side, and threatened D affiliated with the above hospital with the Defendant’s hand over her hand with the Defendant’s hand over her hand who threatened the Defendant with the Defendant’s her hand over her hand, who was in danger of assaulting the Defendant’s her hand over by stating that “nicks within the bombs” was “nicks.e., during the watch service at the time, the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s general affairs and health care E (ma, 43 years old) had taken place in the emergency room, and met the Defendant.”
