On July 30, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol 0.151%, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at a section of approximately 300 meters in front of the same Eup’s clubs located in the same Eup’s clubs, in front of the Glurb oil station located in the Glurdo-Eup in Gyeonggi-do.
