A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Public Offering and Allocation of Duties] Defendant A was employed as an employee of the “D loan TPP offices”, Defendant B, and Defendant C are “E and F loan TPP offices as an employee,” and G is the pro-friendly arrest of H (the same day of detention) who is the president of the “D loan TPP offices”, and I (the same day of non-guilty indictment) and J (the suspension of indictment on the same day of the same day) are the employees of the said D loan TPP offices, and K is the president of the “E and F loan TPP offices”.
