1. Defendant D Co., Ltd.: (a) on Plaintiff A’s KRW 77,142,857, Plaintiff B, and C respectively, KRW 51,428,571 and each of the said money.
Reasons
Areas subject to Restriction on Perusal or Duplication under relevant Acts and subordinate statutes;
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A is the spouse of the deceased I (hereinafter “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B and C are children between Plaintiff A and the deceased.
B. On September 1, 2006, the Deceased was appointed as a police officer, and began to work at the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency Kimpo Police Station, and from July 20, 2015, the Deceased was assigned to the J department of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency Kimpo Police Station (hereinafter “instant department”).
C. On February 7, 2016, the Deceased was found to fall before the Kimpo-si, the Kimpo-si located in the morning, and was transferred to an emergency room. However, at around 12:14 on the same day, the Deceased was already dead at the time of arrival in the emergency room.
The National Police Agency, where the deceased was in office, shall provide the insured with the Defendants, who are insurance companies, and entered into a public official organization accident insurance contract with the insurance period from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant insurance contracts”), Defendant D’s 180,000,000 won when the police officers died on duty, and Defendant G’s 20,000,000 won when the police officers died on duty, and Defendant D’s 10,00,000, Defendant E’s 10,000,000,000 won when the police officers died on duty, and Defendant G’s 10,000,000 won when the police officers died on duty, Defendant G’s 20,000,000 won when the police officers died on duty, and Defendant H 30,000 won when the police officers died on duty, and Defendant H 100,000 won when the beneficiary.
(B) The terms and conditions of each insurance contract of this case are as follows. On the other hand, the main contents relating to this case are as follows.
