A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special injury: (a) on December 12, 2015, the Defendant: (b) 03:00 on the road in front of the Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si; (c) on the ground that the Defendant was a victim E (e.g., 51 years old); (d) on the part of the Defendant, who was fluoring on the road in front of the city of Gangwon-si; (c) on the ground that the Defendant was a victim E (e.g., 51 years old); (d) the victim’s face, etc., who was fluoring on his/her hand, was fluoring on his/her seat; (d) the Defendant fluoring the victim’s left knee, knife on the part of the driver’s seat; and (d) the Defendant fluoring the victim, who was seated on the ground of his/her passenger car; and (d) the Defendant fluoring the victim’s body after leaving the passenger car; (d 7) the victim’s face.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 1, by the aforementioned assault, threatened the victim, who was frighted due to the said assault, with the threat that the victim would not be aboard the said vehicle, forced the victim to leave the said vehicle, and forced the victim to leave the vehicle for about one hour, starting from the place specified in paragraph 1 to the said place via an insular road. The Defendant forced the victim to leave the vehicle for about one hour.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.

3. On September 22, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, which is located in the Defendant’s house in the Republic of Korea, on the part of his/her hand, with his/her main, which is a dangerous object, while drinking alcohol as the victim, on the part of his/her hand when he/she took the part of the left back of the victim’s body.
