Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2015, the Defendant operated BK5 motor vehicles from the line of the two kinds exclusive of the four-lanes located in 1763, in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, about 15, in order to turn off BK5 motor vehicles from the boundary of the two-lane parks to the high-speed four-distance outflow, the Defendant violated the signal indicating traffic safety facilities by proceeding the vehicle signal, etc. on the front side of the two-lanes, even though the vehicle signal, etc. on the front side is red stop signal
