Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

At around 15:55 on December 2, 2018, the Defendant violated the signal while driving the B-car from the distance of the superior police box located in the Gabae-dong 63-40, Young-gu, Young-gu, Gabari-gu.
