A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2005, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months in the Busan District Court on September 21, 2005 and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 21, 2005.
