A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On July 30, 2016, at around 18:55, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by finding out the victim E (nbbbbbbbs) who suffered a short half of the macker and bucking around the D Station 1 line transfer stairs located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and by bringing the Defendant’s hand, etc. to the victim twice from the back of the victim.
