Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A around March 15, 2012, Defendant A told the victim D to repay the amount within one month from the mutual infinite Certified Judicial Scriveners Office in Jung-gu, Seoul, to the victim D.
However, the Defendant, at the time, was liable to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 10 million in total to the entertainment tavern in Gangnam-gu, and the credit card payment was in arrears and was in bad credit standing, and there was no specific property. Therefore, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, there was no intention or ability to pay it within the month.
Nevertheless, the Defendant was issued KRW 24,200,000,000 in total on six occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, as well as a false statement and received KRW 5,00,000 from the victim.
2. On December 11, 2012, Defendant B told the victim G of “F” in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, that “I would have a lot of son and have a funeral well-being. When I lent money, I would like to pay 10% of the principal as at the end of each month by doing work at the main point.”
However, in fact, the Defendant had already been liable to pay the amount of 10 million won or more in total on other main points, and there was no particular property, and even if she borrowed money from the victim, there was no thought to work in good faith at the above danran bar up to the full payment system. Therefore, even if she borrowed money from the victim, there was no intention or ability to pay it as agreed upon.
Nevertheless, the Defendant made such a false statement and received KRW 9 million from the victim on the same day.
